I have a problem!
Winter is coming – it’s basically here.
What it means to take Campanita – my chihuahua spoiled little baby- out in the middle of snowy days, and she hates it, she hates it so much that she rates not even to move from her bed… which it means little presents all around… yeyyy – sarcasm.
When I saw this I was not 100% sure what to think about it… and to be completely honest I still don’t, but desperate situations call for desperate measures.
You’ll see Campanita was raised in a house with a yard where she always had the door open to be out, so I really didn’t have to teach her how to use a Floor/Cage liner pads. yeah, I know big mistake, but hey! don’t judge me!
In my defense, It never crossed my mind that I was going to be moving out to a different country and that I was not going to live in a place where I can feel safe to leave my tiny little dog out without a being scare of a Coyote or other animal eating her!.
what can I do now?
here is when this product came to my way and I decided to “test it”, at least that was my intention
You’ll see Pet Magasin offers these washable diapers Machine-washable, easy-to-use diaper wraps for dogs. There are not only more economical and environmentally friendly than disposable diapers but also are Highly absorbent, Soft and comfortable
Sounds good right? I mean leaving on a side the part of washing a diaper….
I thought this might be a possible solution, maybe not for every day but for those days, she refuses to go out because is freezing.
I got the diapers and they are really cute and really good quality, so far so good. Then the moment of truth, try them on in my Doggie, and that’s the end of the happy story, even though the diaper definitely fit her, it was a struggle to put them on, I basically half put them on her, she was not having it.
Is very sad because I really want to see what happened, even though I think she just might hold it in until removing the diaper, but I will never know.
But I do think these diapers can be a great solution for untrained puppies, females in heat, and dogs that suffer from excitement urination or incontinence.
