What’s in my Gym Bag?

To be motivated to train and eat healthy can be really difficult to do, but I have noticed that actually paying attention to my activewear clothes and accessories helps a lot! It might be a little silly, but personally, it keeps me motivated.

I remember when I first started to workout I was wearing a big t-shirt and some cheap “active” pant I found, now I actually enjoy getting cute and fun activewear, is amazing how looking good, but also being comfortable, can do to your motivation, besides once you spend money on activewear you need a place to wear it! and what better place than the gym

Without Further due here is a small list of the things you will find in my gym back.

Cleansing Facial Wipes.
I like to start my workout with a clean face! If I leave makeup on all the other things you face can get through the day, is easier for your face to break out. Right now I’m using the “Cleansing Wipes” (Refresh & Rejuvenate) from gamefacegrooming.com. These wipes wipe away dirt, grime, and sweat while also hydrating the skin.

Bottle of water:
To stay hydrated is really important while training. But instead of buying small bottles of water at the supermarket I decided to get a Reusable plastic bottle and refill it. Let’s save the planet you all!

Deodorant:
Do I really need to explain why? 😛

Towel:
I like to have a towel with me so I can use it on top of the equipment to maintain it clean from my sweat, the gym is a shared space and we need to think of other people 🙂

Sports shoes:
I workout being barefoot, there are so many benefits from it, but there are certain workouts that require sport shoes.

Cute gym outfit:
yeah, the fun part! gym outfits can be cute and fun!
Lately, I’ve been getting my activewear from Fabletics and SoyBu.
Usually, I’ll wear a sport bra, a top, leggings, socks and a hoodie for after the workout.

As you can see there is nothing super fancy or crazy, but these small things can do a big difference, feeling fresh and wear a cute outfit will make you feel better and more motivated to workout!
